The black  lines on a plain white crisp paper  juxtapose into a composition of broken lines stating confusion in initial stages. This gradually ends into a perfect assortment of straight, curved and broken lines developing into a croqui and fashion figures. The initial stage of deriving a sketch more popularly known as a “Doodle Sheet” includes rough derivation of stick figures, faces, hands finally developing into a croqui and then the proportional 10 head figure which is taught at the early stages of sketching.

All that she had learnt and imbibed during these classes is the medium of transferring ideas on to a paper.  That’s exactly what she has put into the collection, saving pages from Doodle back way back from college and executing them through digital printing technique onto pure white fabrics such as Dupion silk ,Tabby silk and Crepe silk treating them as the paper.

First ensemble is a high raised neck structured shift dress with  rough illustrations of faces on silk teamed up with a paneled godet jacket to get the correct flow in the garment. The print on the jacket is a 10 head figure block used for getting the right proportions. The dress is a two piece ensemble which can be worn with or without the jacket depending on the occasion and purpose.

Second ensemble is a jacket jump suit in crepe silk with structured jacket top and flowy pants depicting the rigidity in initial sketches ending to easy flow of full fledged fashion figures. Print consists of 10 head body figure and stick figures in action .its best suited for an evening wear in monochromes black and white.
