KAWAN PARATHA LASAGNE 

(TAWA PARATHA)

This Independence Day, lets sit back at home and splurge on tempting Lasagne Parantha. Try out this lipsmacking Homemade ready to Cook ! 

 

1.       Take a greased baking dish.
2.       Place 1 frozen Whole wheat Paratha.
3.       Spread Thick Tomato sauce and top with any mix ( varying 
          from ricotta and spinach with pine nuts to leftover
          mix veg curry)
4.       Put shredded mozzarella and processed cheese on top.
5.       Repeat points 2 to 5.
6.       Top the whole with a final paratha and spread thick tomato 
          sauce again.
7.       Spread Cheese.
8.       Cook in a pre heated oven at 220 degree Celsius for 20 
          minutes.
9.       Cut into portions and serve.
